Terms of Service
1. Workspace Preparation
Before we arrive to the job site, the customer is responsible for clearing the area of all vehicles, furniture, boxes, and personal items. Rhino Epoxy Flooring is not responsible for moving, assembling, or storing personal property.
2. Concrete Condition & Crack Repair
Our service includes initial concrete grinding and structural crack repair to prepare the surface. However, we are not liable for future cracks, peeling, or damage caused by circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to: the house settling, foundation shifting, or severe moisture pressure rising from beneath the concrete slab.
3. Curing Time & Access
After the final high-gloss topcoat is applied, the floor requires a strict curing period. Rhino Epoxy Flooring is not responsible for any damage, including but not limited to: footprints, pet tracks, tire marks, or debris caused by accidents, individuals, animals, or vehicles entering the workspace before the coating is fully cured.
4. Color & Texture Variations
Because our epoxy and concrete coatings are hand-applied, custom designs, slight variations in flake distribution, texture, and color blending are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
5. Payment Terms
To secure your project on our schedule and before any work begins, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due in full immediately upon project completion, which is defined as the application of the final topcoat and the complete cleanup of the workspace area.
